Latching/momentary Flexi-switch
Pyramids' relay-based true-bypass switching system, Flexi-switch, offers both latching and momentary operation. So whether you're inspired to texturize a song, set, or solo, Pyramids gives you the flexibility you're looking for.

Tap switch for tempo sync
For users who want tempo-correct flanging effects, Pyramids includes both an integrated Tap switch and a subdivision toggle (Rate & Tap).

Wet/dry control
Another feature that sets Pyramids apart from other flangers is its Mix control, allowing you to dial in just how much sweetening to add to your dry signal. For guitarists who demand ultimate control from their effects pedals, Sweetwater recommends the EarthQuaker Devices Pyramids flanger pedal.

Modes   

Classic : Delivers the “classic” jet-plane liquid-silk flanging sound we all know and love and have come to expect from any reputable flanging device.

Through-Zero: Gives you authentic tape-style flanging without all the calibration, biasing, demagnetizing of heads, and so on that a real tape machine - two of ‘em, actually - requires.

Barber Pole Up: “Barber Pole” flanging refers to an infinitely sweeping upward flange with no beginning, middle, or end.

Barber Pole Down: Barber Pole Down is exactly like Barber Pole Up, except the flanging effect goes downward in pitch, rather than upward.

Trigger Up: Similar to Barber Pole Up mode, except in this mode, your pick attack (or pressing the Tap/Trigger switch) re-triggers the flange from the beginning.

Trigger Down: Trigger Down is exactly the same as Trigger Up, only the flanger sweeps downward.

Step: Step mode tries to restore order to the universe by sweeping up and down in stepped increments, kind of like the sequencer on a synthesizer.

Random: Random mode is like Step mode, except the sweep is randomized without reason or rhyme.
